Card Packs and Distribution Mechanisms

Easchi is not only a lifelong learning tool for individuals, but it also builds a complete set of tools for teachers, schools, and training institutions. As a teacher or the head of an educational training institution, the syllabi, vocabularies, and exam review cards you meticulously develop are the core intellectual assets of your organization.

However, once traditional electronic documents are sent out, they are like kites with broken strings—highly vulnerable to unauthorized copying, reselling, or public dissemination. Through the innovative secure card pack distribution mechanism, students can enjoy a highly efficient digital card learning experience, while you firmly retain full control over content distribution.

  • Complementing Daily Offline Teaching: Regularly send a “learning card pack” matching the weekly curriculum in class or parent groups. Once students download and import it into the app, they can start reviewing using scientific memory algorithms.
  • Short-term Pre-exam Sprints and Quizzes: Create exclusive “exam card packs” tailored for final exams or certification prep. Set a specific expiration date so that the card pack automatically invalidates after the exam or course ends, preventing temporary teaching materials from being shared externally over the long term.

To reduce technical jargon and improve intuitive operation, Easchi uniformly names exported card collections as card packs to strictly distinguish them from personal review decks.

Standard Card Pack

Contains only basic flashcard types (such as single-sided, double-sided, cloze deletions, etc.). Ideal for teachers to share for free offline with students for routine concept memorization.

Advanced Card Pack

Generated through an exclusive editor. In addition to flashcards, it fully supports single-choice, multiple-choice, multi-blank fill-in-the-blank, and more question types. It allows setting offline passwords and expiration dates, requiring students to enter a password for decryption upon import.

💡 Tip The free version supports creating standard card packs with basic flashcards. Upgrading your plan is required to unlock features for richer question types, including single-choice, multiple-choice, and multi-blank fill-in-the-blanks.

1. Flexible Access Control: Passwords and Expiration Dates

Section titled “1. Flexible Access Control: Passwords and Expiration Dates”

When creating a card pack, you can set dual protection for it:

  • Exclusive Access Password: Only students who obtain your authorized password can unlock and study the content.
  • Expiration Date Range: You can specify a date after which the card pack can no longer be read, making it perfect for time-sensitive exam prep materials.

2. Independent Offline Distribution, Free from Third-Party Platforms

Section titled “2. Independent Offline Distribution, Free from Third-Party Platforms”

Online distribution platforms often face complex regulatory hurdles and high legal risks. To address this, Easchi innovatively adopts a purely offline content distribution strategy.

  • Once packed, the card pack becomes an independent, encrypted file.
  • You can freely send it directly to students via social media, email, chat groups, or even a USB drive.
  • Easchi officially does not act as a content host, nor does it hold or distribute any educational content. Your teaching material does not need to go through public platform moderation or hosting; who gets the file is entirely up to you.

3. Pure Tool Attributes, Data Security and Compliance

Section titled “3. Pure Tool Attributes, Data Security and Compliance”

We are fully aware of the strict data compliance requirements in the education industry. This feature is positioned purely as a “packing and verification tool”:

  • We do not collect, store, or distribute any of your educational content.
  • All ownership and management rights of the content belong entirely to you.
  • When generating a card pack, the system performs a basic compliance screening via local automation technologies to ensure the health and safety of distribution channels.

Teacher Side: Card Pack Distribution Steps

  4. Set Expiration and Password: Set an expiration date (which can be indefinite) and an exclusive access password.
  5. Local Packing: Upon confirmation, the system will process and encrypt the data locally on your device, exporting a card pack file that only you can distribute independently.

Free Sending: Teachers can send the packed card pack file to their own social media, groups, or email lists. Easchi officially does not act as a content host, nor does it hold or distribute any educational content.
